My service at Big Star was one I pray I NEVER have to experience again. I was a Ron Carter Cadillac customer and the service hasn't been the same since the new ownership. The LACK of communication sh experience again. I was a Ron Carter Cadillac customer and the service hasn't been the same since the new ownership. The LACK of communication should be against the law! I went in for them to open/fix my glove box only to pick my vehicle up and my dash screen be cracked. The service dept then kept my vehicle for A Month and when I had to call to inquire about my 2024 vehicle it was as if I was bothering them. They ordered a part and I was told there was No arrival date and I had to wait it out(A Month). Isaiah called me after a month of having my car Only to ask me to bring it in because the part was in. (My car had been there so long they had forgotten it was already there) This experience was inconvenient to say the least. More
