Review (Recent Purchase - 2017 Hyundai Tucson) I was referred to Ron Carter Hyundai by a lead gen site and in a matter of minutes I talked to two people from the dealership. Paul, became my main co I was referred to Ron Carter Hyundai by a lead gen site and in a matter of minutes I talked to two people from the dealership. Paul, became my main contact and from the first moment we talked he was super friendly and helpful, quickly answering all my questions. At this point I was 90% sure of the vehicle I wanted to purchase, but hadn't made a decision as to where. During my research I visited a few Hyundai dealerships and all treated me just Ok but really sale-sy and that just ruined the experience for me. Paul quickly understood what I was looking for and the reasons why, and made me feel comfortable about my choice while expertly guiding me through the best choice for me. I started with a used 2016 Hyundai Tucson in mind, headed over to the dealership thinking I would see a New 2016 Hyundai Tucson and ended up purchasing a New 2017 Hyundai Tucson. A natural decision after careful thought and help from Paul. I basically interacted with 3 people at the dealership, Paul (Internet Sales), his Manager (don't know his name) and Roddger (Finance Manager)... all three where great, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very understanding of my needs and wants. In the next few months my boyfriend will be looking to buy a car, and we know we will first ask Paul for help! :) More

Vehicles should be offered that the person can afford .(used, or less expensive). I mentioned this in the beginning but seemed a new vehicle was focused on. A 2016 would have been fine or a demonstrator. I signed something not really explained ( my fault). I know everyone must make a living and have families but this deal seems totally off to me. More
