Beyond Excellent I can not begin to tell you how incredible my experience was at Ron Carter Hyundai! I was a returning customer that was trading in my previous Sonata I can not begin to tell you how incredible my experience was at Ron Carter Hyundai! I was a returning customer that was trading in my previous Sonata and left with exactly what I wanted! Hector Jaramillo was our sales manager and he was amazing!! Not only did he go back multiple times to get our payment down to what we wanted, he listened to our wants and delivered every perk we asked for. For example, we mentioned our child liked the sunroof feature, he surprised us and found a Sonata with a sunroof. I love that he listened and made sure we were satisfied all the way around! Hector has contacted us since our purchase and has made sure we are happy with our decision. We even left items in our trade-in vehicle and Hector himself went and found the items and has kept them safe in his desk!
