It's easy to give a 100,000 mile warranty. I bought a new 2010 Sonata Limited from Ron Carter Hyundai on the Gulf Freeway in late 2009. From day one the engine had a cold start knock. Hyundai e I bought a new 2010 Sonata Limited from Ron Carter Hyundai on the Gulf Freeway in late 2009. From day one the engine had a cold start knock. Hyundai even has a fix for this noise that requires replacing timing chain tensioners. Personnel couldn't hear it. Then the paint started falling off in slabs. The service Manager said it was rock chips. No. It would not take the entire right rear quarter off. And this car has the white pearl paint. More
