Worst dealership I've ever been to To start I am not one to complain about experiences and email managers. But xxxx I have been convinced to come into that dealership at least 4 times a To start I am not one to complain about experiences and email managers. But xxxx I have been convinced to come into that dealership at least 4 times and have had nothing but the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. The first time I bought a Genesis coupe track that was a failed to mention demo car. Second time 6 months after i bought it they offered me 14k for it in mint condition with 13k miles to trade up to a V6 (at 28k miles I was offered 21 at monument chevy). Then they had a used genesis coupe you said was still available, was actually already sold before I got there and then tried to sell me a 350Z for 19k with check engine lights. Now I was contacted by text message oh we have holiday savings! And I respond do you have a ZL1? Yes we do! Its 38.9 thousand a 2013 with 3k miles on it! And i respond ok I will be there at 10 tomorrow. End up waiting over 30 minutes for the sales guy to tell me oh its in service hold on. Oh they are checking it out hold on. Oh its messed up you cant even see it today. So I am like ok happens whatever tell him when its out of the service department just snap a couple pictures for me. Can't even get that. So thanks.
