Horrible, felt lied to. I was told I was approved, only to have my credit ruined by my credit being checked TEN times. The said they were trying to find me the "best rate". E I was told I was approved, only to have my credit ruined by my credit being checked TEN times. The said they were trying to find me the "best rate". Excuse me, you told me I was approved. Only to later be told that, Oh, you were only PREapproved. Then they did not get my trade in paid off in a timely manner and now I have a late payment on my credit report. Who ever reads this review, if you decide to buy with Ron Carter, get approved by a bank or credit union before you buy from them to say yourself the hassle. EXTREMELY unhappy. More
