My salesperson was amazing I just wrote a whole thing about my experience, but I think I put it in the wrong spot. My experience was wonderful all because of my salesperson. He made sure to work with me to get all of my needs met. He continued to follow up with me when I had any questions on my car. He worked with me and I felt he was on my side 100% of the time. He had so amazing customer service skills and is very personable. I was worried going into the dealership because of past experiences, but working with Phillip helped ease all of those fears. He was truly a blessing to my car buying experience. During the test drive he explained everything that the car offered to me. I didn't feel as if he was pushy, but asked all of the right questions to ensure my needs were met. If anyone is going to be buying a car from this dealership, I feel my salesperson is the one you should work with. Having good bedside manner and patience is a great quality to possess in a salesperson. I am not the easiest client, but he worked well with me during my times of frustration to explain everything in a detailed manner. He was great and if it wasn't for him and his patience with me; I wouldn't have bought my car on that day. I appreciate all that he did for me. More
