I went for the visit the same day, and from the time I walked in the building, I was being catered to by directing me to a sales person, (not having to wait). He (Redell) began by informing me of what they had to offer, and ask if I had questions, showed me pictures, everything that got my interest in trying to get a new car from their dealership, which worked out very well for me.
