My 3rd Hyundai experience I just bought my 3rd car from Ron Carter Hyundai. I love this dealership and they have alot of great people that work there. Took all day I was there for 6 1/2 hours on a Saturday. The person I had an appointment with was with another customer, so they gave me a different salesperson who I was there for 6 1/2 hours on a Saturday. The person I had an appointment with was with another customer, so they gave me a different salesperson who had been there ten days. He was very nice and courteous, but he knew nothing about the vehicles. Two of the vehicles I wanted to drive were kept off site, and I had to wait for them to go get them from another lot. I test drove 4 SUV's. I purchased the fourth one. They did not want to honor the online price. They used typical car sales techniques when haggling over the price. They also wanted me to pay for a warranty that they said was not optional that I did not want. I waited for financing for almost an hour. When I got in there, he said he hadn't had a customer and was about to go to sleep from having nothing to do. Why did I wait? They gave me a printout of the answers I was supposed to give on the online survey promising me a $300 gift card if I answered correctly. I had to wait while they put gas in the car and the license plate on when they could have done it while I was in financing. I was referred by a friend who purchased there, and they are having a hard time getting confirmation that they will get their referral bonus. It was a horrible day, but I love my Santa Fe Sport Turbo. More
