The carnival like atmosphere was a little too much for my tastes, I kept thinking for all that money, I'd have just liked an even better deal on my car. That said, I still purchased so I must have been happy with the deal. The only significant thing I will say is about my salesman, I did not want my sales person to understand my needs and discuss car options with me, I know my needs, I TOLD my salesman quite clearly why I visited the dealer and in what model I was interested. I did not need my salesman to connect my phone or show me how to use the navigation or audio system, that would have been a complete waste of everyone's time, I don't require his or anyone's help. What I appreciated was, in fact, that my salesman read my needs, pushed a little, probably as required by his superiors, then listened, then backed the hell off, giving me the space and consideration I demanded. All in all, a perfectly good, efficient and, in the end, effective performance! To the degree that I may have not been the normal or average customer, interested in the smell of popcorn and a carnival atmosphere, my salesman accessed my demeanor and my needs and adopted a sales style that was appropriate for this customer. Accessing the customer and adjusting one's service and sales style as required is a skill that is not respected or recognized enough today! More

The car had a small dent in it and a few scratches so they sent it to a body shop to get fixed. They fixed it very good and you couldn't even tell it was there. Overall, great service! Would recommend Ron Carter for anyone's car buying needs. More

Took a while to agree to a price but everything worked out. I was surprised Hyundai allows dealers to add $3000 in dealership options none of which except tint is what I would even think about buying. The advertised price is whatever you see plus the dealership options, you can deal with them and they still ended up being the best price in town. I was a little displeased as I called in before I drove there (it takes me 45 minutes to get there) where they told me they had the car I was looking for in white but didnt by the time I arrived but the worked with me on a similar car in another color I found acceptable. I was very pleased with Miles, he was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and knew a good route to test drive the cars. He was very friendly and professional, he did not pressure me. He was probably the best part of the Ron Carter experience. Overall Ron Carter gets a 4/5 if I didnt have those issues I would give them a 5/5 and the price is pretty hard to beat. More

As a diabetic, the snacks were convenient and necessary so we didn't leave to go eat. We were there a long time for different reasons, but for the first time buying a car we didn't mind the wait.
