Fantastic Experience Usually buying a car is very stressful, but my salesman Gary Crow and this dealership made it fun and exciting. It's almost like a big party on Saturdays, and the kids played video games while we did the paperwork. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted when I went in, but they had such huge inventory that it was easy to all the different options on the car, in one place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend coming here to buy your next car. More

Worth the Trip I live in Arkansas, and there wasn't a single Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Ultimate left in the state. I searched around for a good deal in the region. Worst Dealership Experience The first half of the ordeal was actually going well, we were actually planning on buying a car, but then a previous client arrived to talk to our sal The first half of the ordeal was actually going well, we were actually planning on buying a car, but then a previous client arrived to talk to our salesperson so we were completely blow off and passed along to his step-son. We had already discussed the car I planned to trade in, what kind of car we were looking for, and even test drove a car we loved! Then once we were dumped off, we had to repeat the entire process because our original salesperson didn't pass along anything we had gone over with him. We had already decided the car we liked, but wanted to get a price to compare with the other cars we looked at; they would not give us anything other than the MSRP unless we signed a document agreeing to buy the car when all was said and done. Who agrees to buy something without knowing the price? We had also said we would be trading in my current vehicle if we were going to buy a car. They took my keys to check out my current car for an accurate appraisal value, and hide my car. After trying to leave, already completely turned off this dealership, we had to wander their entire parking lot hitting the panic button to find my car that they had hidden in the back among the car they already owned. There is absolutely nothing nice I can say about this dealership. We were given the line "We care about your business, not your money." Clearly, they care about neither. More
