Another Satisfied Customer 2 weeks ago I went in to Ron Carter Hyundai looking for a white 2014 Hyundai Elantra SE. I was quickly greeted by someone, although he was with a cust 2 weeks ago I went in to Ron Carter Hyundai looking for a white 2014 Hyundai Elantra SE. I was quickly greeted by someone, although he was with a customer, he had a sales person out within 2 minutes to help me. I test drove and loved the car. We started talking numbers. I saw an online add for the car so that is what initially brought me in. After finding the false advertisement, i.e. discounts and rebates I (and not many others will qualify for) and that they wouldn't give me what I wanted for my trade-in, I decided to leave after 2.5 hours of wasted time. This past weekend I was planning to go look at a 2013 Elantra elsewhere but figured i was better off buying new. So I again went back to Ron Carter Hyundai to see if maybe I could maybe get a good deal. I went in and waited for a sales person that was recommended by a family member. But instead we saw Alexis Camarillo. He was a nice guy and talked to us like normal people instead of random customers. He and the sales managers honored my trade in offer that I got from Texas Direct Auto, which was way more than Ron Carter was going to give me. We haggled the price a little and got it down to something I could afford. After getting to finance, it took about 45 min before I was out the door in my new car. It was a little sketchy at times (like at almost every dealership you go to) but all in all I'm a very satisfied customer. I love my new 2014 Hyundai Elantra SE. More

Great Customer Service I received a phone call from John Russ about trading in my 2012 Elantra. Normally I would not respond but there was something in John's voice that to I received a phone call from John Russ about trading in my 2012 Elantra. Normally I would not respond but there was something in John's voice that told me he would take good care of me and give me a great deal on a 2014. I went in on Monday the 16th of June and met with John. He was friendly and immediately started the process of trading in my car. He tagged team me with David Waters and he also took good care of us and took us on a test drive of a new 2014 Elantra Limited. Needless to say I bought the car. The trade in was exactly what John said he would do. Everyone there was friendly curtious and went out of their way to take care of us. This is our second car from Ron Carter Hyundai. We will be back. More
New Hyundai Sonata This was my second time to buy a Hyundai Sonata. All of the workers at Ron Carter has always been very friendly to us. I received a call from Keith Davis since I had bought my car from them two years earlier to come in and get a new Sonata. I thought "really", its only been two years. . . . But we went just to see and I did leave with a new Sonata with up graded features. When Keith was showing us the cars I told him what color I wanted and he found it for me, with upgraded features. Also, since i had bought from them before i received a $2000.00 discount, which helped a lot on the price. Ron Carter is a friendly place to go for a new car and they always work with you. More
