He was great, never pressured us but rather spent time to get us familiar with the features of this car. Of all our previous car purchases this was the least painful. Tasos took time to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. We would certainly come back to Ron Carter if we needed to purchase another car and would have no problem recommending Ron Carter as a dealer of choice. We are very pleased with our new 2014 Sonata. 2014 Elantra SE Purchase (with upside down trade) Jon was remarkably forthcoming and non-manipulative. He also hung in there with the sales process until my needs were met. He had already satisfied all the talking points of his sales manager before he added is obligatory appearance. However, Jon dropped shrunk back from the complete sales process at the point of delivery. The vehicle's gas tank had not been topped off (down about 4 gallons). There were no floor mats (which were listed on the sticker) and he told it since it was a base model there were no mats and the parts department was closed on Saturday. There was no owner's manual packet in the glove box. I was about to drive away when I decided to inquire about the manual. After failing to find Jon, I caught Keith Davis on the showroom floor who immediately went off to get the mats and manual. He even checked the trunk for pump and wheel lock socket set. At the time, I didn't mention the gas tank but discovered "full tank" listed after I got home. It cost me nearly $15 dollars top it off! More

Tasos our salesman went above and beyond to make us feel at home and taken care of. though the processes was long as these things are sometimes, we were provided with refreshments, free lunch and the best hospitality around, while Hyundai Ron carter worked their magic behind the scenes. I recommend them, no matter what your staus in the market. More

The professionalism and sincerity in the way they handle their business is above any dealership I have ever been to. It says a lot about the kind of place it is when I live in The Woodlands and choose to pass up MANY other dealerships just to go to this one. Frank has been amazing on both the sales of my cars and I will continue buying cars from wherever he is... He is definitely an asset to the dealership. James was so professional and helped explain every detail of my car. He was patient with me and willing to make the sale at my pace. I enjoyed being able to work with him. Kerry was very personable and knew his finances. Sitting in his office at the close of the deal was not at all overwhelming and he really simplified the process and made me feel very comfortable about my new purchase. I came directly from Gay Family Kia where I had previously purchased a vehicle. At Gay Kia, I felt as if I was imposing on them and they could care less if I bought something or walked out. So, I walked out and found a great dealership that I'm very impressed with down the road at Ron Carter. My trade in was 800 over what Gay Kia would give and 2300 over CarMax. Kind of a no brainer. What more can I say, I'll be back in the future. I hope to upgrade my son's vehicle next month. Thanks for the time you spent for me Veronica, Eric, and Kerry. More
