I would definately recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to visit Ron Carter Hyundai. We went in yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Our salesperson was James Teng and I can honestl purchase a vehicle to visit Ron Carter Hyundai. We went in yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Our salesperson was James Teng and I can honestly say that he went above and beyond to make sure that we walked out satisfied and with what we wanted. We went in planning on purchasing one vehicle and instead walked out with 2 brand new vehicles. I will be going here from now on for all car purchases. The Best Service in town and other dealerships should take notes. I drove up to Ron Carter and was greeted by Israel Salazar, he directed my inside the showroom to meet my referral sales person Anthony M take notes. I drove up to Ron Carter and was greeted by Israel Salazar, he directed my inside the showroom to meet my referral sales person Anthony Merchant. I must say I felt comfortable once I met Mr. Merchant and I was later helped by Israel to test drive the 2014 Hyundai Elantra. I must say I feel in love with car and I took my time looking at other vehicles and there wasn't any pressure from Ron Carter that I received at other dealerships to buy a car right now. They all wanted me to have the best deal and they took time to work with me and my budget. I enjoyed the food, smiles, and also the cash machine!!! I must say this was by far the best car experience I had and I will defiantly recommend this dealership to new and used buyers. I had a certain budget and went to Ron Carter Clear Lake to test drive a Sonata fell in love with it, and Bryan was wonderful and really worked with me on getting my dream car. Had an excellent experience at Ron Carter this weekend. Our salesperson were Veronica Hewitt and David Waters, their attentiveness was very good. We were greeted by the staff upfront and everybody was very friendly and made us feel at home. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Hyundai Sonata and we are very pleased with it. I definitely recommend to come see Mr. David Waters, he was very helpful and he strived to get us a good deal, "He is the Man". At the end of the day, he gave a hug and we was very friendly and considerate. Great Job Ron Carter Staff!!!! More
