To begin, the sales manager called me to see if I was being helped because the computer system showed I was checked in but hadn't been helped according to it. That he wanted to make sure I'd been assisted was awesome. When we decided on a vehicle for me, Francisco and Mike took care of explaining everything to us and worked with my budget. Storm was excellent at explaining the financial paperwork because frankly, I was mentally drained at this point! I highly recommend this dealership as they treated me like I mattered, unlike ANY dealership I've ever been to. They work with you, have excellent deals, and excellent customer service. On arrival, the value was lowered from the mail offer, but financing made up for it almost completely. Given an informative test drive for the Sonata Hybrid, we went for it and drove off after a day of consideration of a Genesis the day before. We were treated amicably and with negotiable pricing, however, there was a failure to explain additional charges that would be added on to the monthly payment before going into financing, which was misleading. Overall, I would recommend both Johnny Gomez and Paul Jones for sticking with us up until the moment we drove off the lot. More
