My wife and I had been looking for a new car for few months already. We were sold on a Nissan as that is all we have driven for so many years. My daughter and son in law had recently purchased a Hyunda months already. We were sold on a Nissan as that is all we have driven for so many years. My daughter and son in law had recently purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Jarred Howard and we truly liked it when we saw it. After visiting our daughter in Houston area this weekend we asked them to take us to a Nissan dealership in the area. While we were in negotiations with nissan my son in law was on the phone with Jarred at Ron Carter letting him know they had intentions of taking us to see him. Well, after things fell thru at Nissan, sure enough we ended up at RC Hyundai and ended up purchasing a Sonata as well. We were truly pleased with the whole experience and definitely thankful we stayed open minded to other cars other than Nissan. We are very pleased with our decision. We would definitely recommend Jarred and RC Hyundai. More

All persons we dealt with were quite friendly and helpful. Jarred was very patient with me as I was trying to choose between 2 cars and colors. After having done the research on buying a new car, we settled on a Hyundai Genesis for the features and the value. Then we researched the dealers in the Houston area, and decided to try Ron Carter Hyunda settled on a Hyundai Genesis for the features and the value. Then we researched the dealers in the Houston area, and decided to try Ron Carter Hyundai as the starting point, who seem to offer the most competitive price. We were not disappointed. We were greeted by Sosa L. who worked with us on coming up with the car we wanted at the price we wanted. It took some doing, and give-and-take on their and our parts, but eventually we reached a deal that both sides can live with. Throughout the process, Sosa was always patient, polite and cordial. We also traded in our old car, and they gave us a brand new Genesis as a loaner car to use for a week, while waiting for the new car to arrive. When we picked up the car, Sosa walked us through the use of all the features, and helped us set up the Bluetooth link to my iPhone. Compared to past experience buying a car, we are quite happy with our dealing with Sosa. We'd recommend Sosa at Ron Carter Hyundai to anyone anytime. More
