The sales associate was very patient with me and worked with me till I found the car that fit my current needs. I first had Sosa show me a couple the new Santa Fe models and even started had him run my nu with me till I found the car that fit my current needs. I first had Sosa show me a couple the new Santa Fe models and even started had him run my numbers for me so I find out how much I'd be looking at. After finding out that the Santa Fe maybe wasn't the best option for me I asked about the new Sonata. Again after talking numbers I had him find the color I thought I wanted and took a test drive. I really enjoyed the car but I felt like maybe a different color would be better so I inquired as to some of the other colors and Sosa gladly located and pulled up three different color cars with the options I wanted. I felt that Sosa went above and beyond, he handled all my questions about the two cars brought them around for me to look at, test drive and even pulled up a couple of cars with different colors for me. All this with a smile on his face and not once did he make me feel like I was being a hassle. After picking my new car I headed to the finance office to deal with Christian. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he didn't try to wring every penny out of me and actually helped me understand what I could afford and the best options for me. Overall I felt the experience was pretty good. More

We currently have two Hyundai's and have had all our service work done at Ron Carter for several years. We decided to get a newer Santa Fe, as we loved our previous one so much. We prefer to do busin service work done at Ron Carter for several years. We decided to get a newer Santa Fe, as we loved our previous one so much. We prefer to do business with our "home" dealer but did visit and price several other Hyundai dealers. In the end, Ron Carter came through with a good price for the vehicle. Miles always made time for us as we came back several times to test drive Santa Fe's with different equipment packages and was very kind and considerate. I have always absolutely hated the final portion - the finance office. Christian in finance made this the most enjoyable end to the car buying experience that I have ever had! Patrick and Brian in service are just super to deal with as well. Good buying experience and we already know it is a good service experience. More

I am very pleased with Ron Carter Hyundai and the overall experience. Tasos is a pro and I presented him with some very challenging situations. The particular vehicle I wanted wasn't in stock at the time I experience. Tasos is a pro and I presented him with some very challenging situations. The particular vehicle I wanted wasn't in stock at the time I was able to make it to the dealership in person. It was there earlier in the month but I just couldn't make it into the dealership before it was sold. Tasos took the time and patience to help me find another vehicle that I would be just as pleased with. I particularly enjoyed working with him throughout the entire process.
