My older Hyundai was not meeting my current needs so I went to Ron Carter to purchase a new one. I was greeted by Jon Miller as I walked into the dealership. I explained to him that I wanted to trade in my older Elantra for a newer model. Without hesitation he showed me a list of the newer mod dealership. I explained to him that I wanted to trade in my older Elantra for a newer model. Without hesitation he showed me a list of the newer model and explained their features professionally. At no point did I feel pressured. They had several colors to choose from and I test drive one. I was also assisted by Gary Crow who answered any question I had while Jon was negotiating and handling the all the paper details. I was also explained of the new warranties. This is also the second time I purchased a new car from Ron Carter. I will highly recommend my friends and families to check out Ron Carter before going any place else. Thank you Gentlemen. Julian Carrillo was our salesman and very helpful that we decided to deal. We had a number to negotiate and they made it happen even going beyond by getting all the rebates to help us make the deal. By management going the extra mile to help their customer made us very appreciated. We are glad that we decide to stop at Ron Carter after the handshake we were done in less than 45 minutes,our worries on buying a car are no longer an issue. More

From beginning to end it was a great expierence. We decided against the car I test drove and decided on an Elantra. They were so accomedating to our decision.
