I purchased a new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealership at the end of December 2013. My experience could not have been better. My salesman was Christian Karamitsos. Christian was great. It was a great experience shopping at Ron Carter Hyundai last Saturday. Well, my husband and I did think about buying a new car for awhile and I always have been in love with Hyundai especially the Sonota. last Saturday. Well, my husband and I did think about buying a new car for awhile and I always have been in love with Hyundai especially the Sonota. Last Saturday was not cold and we decided to go test drive cars and have some fun then we ended up at Ron Carter, our first time at this dealer. When my husband stepped out the car, Willie came and approached him respectfully then showed him around. Willie explained well in details about the car and really patience and truly care about our needs. More importantly, I ran into Philips Lam who I had helped me years ago at Saturn Dealer. He is an awesome and friendly person especially always willing to go extra miles to help you to get what you want. Everyone at the dealer are super friendly and helpful. I definitely go back and purchase another in the future and would recommend everyone go to this dealer for your future car. More

When they did not have my car at the dealership, they went out and found me the car that I wanted, in the exact color, and it exceeded what I thought. The customer service was great. They are really there to help you with your needs. IF you are looking for a car to purchase, I would definitely recommend giving them a call. Plus the Hyundai warranty of 60K miles can't be beat. My wife and I bought our Elantra at Ron Carter Hyundai the first part of last year. Eric Gomez a sales person for The same dealership called us asked us to come in and see if we would like to either sell the first part of last year. Eric Gomez a sales person for The same dealership called us asked us to come in and see if we would like to either sell our car back to them or refinance at a lower rate, lowering our payment. Curious we went to the dealership and met with Eric. Eric asked if we still was happy with the color of our Elantra I said yes my wife loves the color red. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership Eric greeted us and we started talking. He was very knowledgeable and was curious if we would want to upgrade to a Sonata. I told him before we got started we were perfectly satisfied with the Elantra and that if he could lower our interest rate and keep the payment close to the same as the Elantra we would do it. Well needles to say we drove out of the dealership with a brand new red Sonata with a payment that was almost exactly the same as our Elantra and an interest rate that was 4% lower than our Elantra. Thanks Eric you made a difference and my wife and I are grateful for the call. Also I would like to say we were treated extremely nice by all employees we encountered while we were in the dealership, our finance person Rogelio Jimenez was also courteous and helpful when we were signing papers.
