I purchased a car there in 2010 and have had excellent service. This brought me back to buy another car. Our salesman, Jarred Howard, was top notch. I wanted to compare the model I was buying to the si service. This brought me back to buy another car. Our salesman, Jarred Howard, was top notch. I wanted to compare the model I was buying to the similar model that Kia makes. He allowed us to take it to a nearby Kia dealership and compare side by side. That helped seal the deal and showed me that he really wanted our business. I am very happy with my new purchase and I gladly recommend Ron Carter and Jarrod to anyone! More

From the moment my wife and I drove onto the dealership we felt very welcomed. We were greeted by Mr. John Hewitt who then appointed Mr. Mueen Shurafa as our salesman. This was my first car purchase in seven years. The process was still too long but not as long as I remember. Still, it was made nicer thanks to the great service from Rudi and Gary. They were patient despite the place hopping busy at the end of the year. They answered all our questions, some even in German (Rudy's fluent), allowing me to practice my rusty German. To the end they were attentive, moving my belongings, including the toddler seat, from the trade-in to the other car while I signed the loan paperwork. i bought the Sante Fe at the price point I wanted and am eager to drive it. My husband and i have purchased many vehicles but we have never received the great customer service like we received here. James didn't act like a salesman, he treated us like we were friends who wanted to m never received the great customer service like we received here.
