What a joke. The online pricing is fraud as is stated in the "private" email I was sent: "Ron Carter Hyundai is the #1 Hyundai store in the Houston area. We do this by selling cars to several hundred happy and satisfied customers each month. All of our online ePrices do include all available rebates as stated in the online disclosure on each of our listings. Additionally, if this was not quickly & properly disclosed to you, we apologize. Thank you for your feedback. We hope you found a vehicle that suits your needs." A small type disclaimer is not good business practice. Nor is quoting that fake price over the phone. I paid more for the same car at another dealership because they didn't play games and waste my time. Ron Carter is so committed to customers, it took six months to get a form letter response. Sketchy business at best. Fraud at worst.
