When we arrived we were greeted promptly and felt welcome. David listened attentively and showed us the vehicles he had available on the lot close to what we were looking for. During our second visit to Biggers, we worked out the financial details with Joe which were straightforward with no game playing. A vehicle was located in the color and options we wanted and made available for delivery within a few days. At the time of delivery David took the time to explain some of features and walked us through pairing the cars Bluetooth to our phone. We were also introduced to the Service Manager and the service intervals were reviewed. A few days after delivery we received a call from David thanking us for choosing Biggers and asked if there were any questions about operation of features. We decided on purchasing the Mazda CX-9 early December and stopped by a number of other dealerships in the Schaumburg and Arlington Heights area.
