We bought a used 2018 F-350 24,000 miles on it. Nice We bought a used 2018 F-350 24,000 miles on it. Nice truck only one issue there is a big xxx dent in the cab on the passenger side rear Pilar. So my We bought a used 2018 F-350 24,000 miles on it. Nice truck only one issue there is a big xxx dent in the cab on the passenger side rear Pilar. So my wife or myself didn’t see this dent at time of purchase. Maybe because the truck is black and it blended in. But we did see it three days later after we purchased. . So I called and texted Lori (our sales person) there was a big xxx bent in the cab and we didn’t see it and the cab is slit open. They said the truck was sold as is. Ok but the issue I’ve got no one I mean no one Disclosed to us that there was a dent in the cab at the dealer. So this is very sad to do this to someone and that the truck could possibly have water damage with the cab split open. Now I’ve got pictures of the truck were it does show that dent before we picked it. But I guess this is the way they do business now. I’ve read there other reviews and they are 90-95% positive but guess times have changed to be honest and to have integrity. More
