I was lucky when calling for more information to be sent to Joe Moon in sales. Since we live in South Carolina and the dealership is in Tampa, Florida we needed someone to be honest with us... not only about the condition of the vehicle, but also in negotiating the price and making arrangements to finalize the out of state deal. Mr. Moon was definitely that person. He stayed on top of negotiating our offers and, once the sale was made, he tried to make everything as easy as possible for us to complete the deal. We drove over 8 hours to get the vehicle and after meeting Mr. Moon in person could not be happier with his caring attitude and professional demeanor.
