When I arrived Eddie was at lunch and he without hesitation put his lunch aside and immediately got me into our test drive. (I insisted that he finish but he knew i was pressed for time.) He is an incredibly courteous and knowledgeable sales rep. After the test drive he really worked very hard to get our deal done. He was able to get me the best amount for my trade..
