Very disappointed. Test drove and loved a vehicle. After some negotiating, settled on a price and started the buying process. While we were doing paperwork, the vehicle was sent to be detailed. I looked at some negotiating, settled on a price and started the buying process. While we were doing paperwork, the vehicle was sent to be detailed. I looked at the vehicle very thoroughly while test driving and before committing to purchase. When all the paperwork was done and we got the car back from being detailed, we loaded up and headed out. As soon as I got home, I noticed scratches down both sides of the vehicle that were clearly from an abrasive cloth being used while wiping the car down. They were in a very distinct, recurring pattern. Took several days and finally a phone call to a manager because the sales guy who sold us the car wouldn't get back to me. Manager was very friendly and told me to bring the car back and they would have the scratches removed and get the tire fixed (tire wouldn't hold air the day after I brought it home). Dropped the car off for about a week. When I went to get it, I should have checked it before taking it home. The scratches weren't touched. The vehicle wasnt even cleaned, which tells me no one even attempted to remove the scratches. More
