Had a great great sales experience with my sales rep on my used 2018 Gord F150 Yrick has some issues with a scratch on drivers door manager gave me a we owe and after a month it took for them to fix it I d my used 2018 Gord F150 Yrick has some issues with a scratch on drivers door manager gave me a we owe and after a month it took for them to fix it I dropped off at dealership 2 weeks later I get my truck back with paint over spray all over it and my steering wheel had a worn out spots like they used a paint thinner on it Also I had my brand new iPods stolen and a few other things in my center console Shame on me for leaving person stuff in car But the fact of the matter is that I trusted this dealership and bought two cars in a week there and when I told the upper management they said Know problem we will make good on the paint and steering wheel I called them 5 times and texted and asked for the GM to call me back and No return calls . All I wanted is for them to fix the paint and steering wheel nothing more nothing less . When I went to dealership today asked for a manager he said can’t help you he’s the paint people’s number and said have a nice day . Beware don’t shop there I will be posting my reviews all over social media so this don’t happen to anyone else More
