Excellent service and experience. I had a few issues with my credit in the past and did not think I would be approved. They got me the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted and so fast!! Decieved It was nightmare of an experience shopping , I decided to buy a mustang from the dealer , sales rep Rita and finance person Christian got me deal for It was nightmare of an experience shopping , I decided to buy a mustang from the dealer , sales rep Rita and finance person Christian got me deal for the car to which I put a down payment of $1500 and expected the car to collected from dealership, they ask me for a copy of check to make sure “I have my payment sorted “ in order to ship the car into the lot. I send them the copy of check and expect to collect the car next day , Rita (the sales rep) informed me that the car I ready for pick up so I go to the dealership which is 40 miles from my place (I live in Spring Hill) the finance manager tells me that the car was sold to some one else and the next car that they have available is for 5000$ more that what we decided on. When I tell him he could have informed me on the call that this was going on I would saved my trip to this dealer ship. 1. When I tell them it is inconvenient to come by with Uber and not able to get the car the finance guy tells me he come from Wesley chapel , dude it’s your job place you have to come from wherever you stay 2. I have the details from purchase order , I have been given all the wrong information regarding the car , I had booked a 2019 mustang and was provided with 2020 mustang VIN number to which I had to cancel and start insurance policy twice . After all the hassle I was not able to get the car and spend an additional 100$ on Uber because “ they believe it’s better to see the good deals in person “ I would recommend anyone buying from here to make sure you get the copy of sales once you put a down payment because apparently I swiped the card for nothing and now in order to get a refund I have to go back again because they cannot issue a refund unless you swipe the card again. More
