Told a 2019 would be the car, but they only had 5 to choose from. No test Drive. No features presentation etc. Showed a monthly payment, no buyers order with a breakdown. Now most 2019 are to a bank used so have a markdown on them. Not at Bill Currie Ford. Just MSRP which i found out at the end. When i called ford credit, i could have bought a 2020 SE Fusion. Deception right their. They even called the Dealership after they got all the numbers wrong on the buyers order. Deception again right there. I message the dealership in facebook with a list of grievances in the process and get blocked on the site for advocating my rights. Now what does that tell you. I Call ford credit, who call the dealership, they have it confirmed and timed. SO i spoke with the DFI Director who 3 times had to help get the paperwork done with a FI Mgr. She stated and i quote. No one has called me. Hmmm ford credit must be lying. I dont think so. A unkown person calls to say i can just bring the car back and collect my down payment. Hmm rental returned how would i get around. So couldnt. Tried even emailng the GM 5 times no response. Text Ed Parker and no response in writing. SO Florida State Attorney here we come. As 2 other stores gave me buyers orders for 2020 ford fusion after and couldnt understand why I am in a 2019. Ford bases the car value on miles on the car, not on the age i.e 2019 or 2020 with x miles. I have to give them credit for the car, and accomodating my needs but oh boy on the pricing on msrp not giving discounts i qualify more missing, not explaining price of car. No delievery inspection besides paying 799 fee for this, Cant wait to find out if i had to pay advertising costs on real invoice to dealership not explained. More

So glad to be out of the car and the loan bill Currie got me in. I know my credit wasn’t the greatest but they took full advance of that . I never received my “lifetime warranty” paper work, even after multiple phone calls and multiple trips to the dealerships. I should of went to Brandon ford first instead of bill Currie I will never buy or refer someone to such a shady dealership. More
