time to contact a lawyer! UNBELIEVEABLE - I guess it's time to contact a lawyer! I requested cancellation of the extended warranty for the new vehicle. I was assured that they UNBELIEVEABLE - I guess it's time to contact a lawyer! I requested cancellation of the extended warranty for the new vehicle. I was assured that they were handling this for me but when I questioned their follow through, I was told they would send me a check for the amount of the warranty so I could send it to my lender and apply it to my loan - THAT WAS OVER 6 WEEKS AGO!! Today, I contacted my lender and was told they have not received any "refund" to apply to my loan. They recommended I contact the warranty company directly - Mopar Vehicle Protection. I was able to talk with a representative and she also confirmed that my "coverage" had not been cancelled and actually was "active"! She gave me the instructions of what I need to do to resolve this - however, cancelling the policy now incurs a "PRORATED" rebate - SCREWED BY DELUCA AGAIN!!! I intend to prepare the necessary documents they instructed me to create and bring them to DeLuca for processing. Bottom line - NEVER! and I mean NEVER consider buying/leasing a vehicle from DeLuca - EVER!! I intend to use every social media app available to me to let as many people as possible know what a sham this dealership is...TOP DOWN! Save yourself every negative feeling and emotion - DON'T GO TO DELUCA!!! More
Had been repeat customers for 4 vehicles - NEVER AGAIN! Too many issues to list as this was one of the worse experiences I have had with a dealership! Bait and Switch tactics; ignored request to cancel add- Too many issues to list as this was one of the worse experiences I have had with a dealership! Bait and Switch tactics; ignored request to cancel add-on warranty coverage that now requires I deal with assuring I get the 'refund' for this coverage - also caused my monthly payment to increase above the maximum monthly payment I stated I could afford; baseless "promises" by everyone involved with this transaction - Sales Manager (bad); General Manager (worse); Finance Manager (worse of all). All of these people dropped the ball and made 'promises' that they did not deliver on. Will NEVER set foot in a DeLuca dealership ever again! Will also make sure as many people as I can reach knows not to go to this dealership - EVER!! More

Dealership taking advantage of a senior citizen I thought I had heard it all about bad automotive dealerships but Bill DeLuca wins the prize. My father is 71 years old and has never owned a new vehicle. He wanted a new vehicle and thought he chose the right dealer. He chooses a Jeep Compass with all the equipment and agrees on the price, he goes back 2 days later and meets the manager named Mohammed. The manager tries to take him out of the more equipped vehicle into one with less options and charges my father more money. The best part is that he never old my father this. He didn't find out until his credit union tells him the value is only 20,595. He was charges 30,425 for a 20,595 vehicle. Another manager called my father and explains that it was a mistake and he can have the better equipped vehicle. We are told that he is paying invoice for the vehicle. I went with him to pick the vehicle up and they charged him the MSRP sticker price and gives him $305 less for his trade in than the wholsale book value. They make home wait 1hr and 40 mins to do paperwork saying that the business manager is the only person in the dealership that can do his paperwork. I then go to the general manager to complain. All of a sudden another manager comes out with the paperwork, not the business manager, as we were told he was the only person in the dealership that can do paperwork. Horrible dealership, he was lied to on multiple occasions and I cannot believe any dealership would take advantage of a senior citizen. Please go to any other dealership they are the worst I have ever seen More

To be clear, there was nothing wron I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have 2 TPMS sensors changed as they had aluminum stems and were corroding. To be clear, there was nothing wrong with the sensors themselves. They worked as they should. Shortly after I drove away with the new sensors installed, the TPMS indicator light came on. The new sensors were dropping the signal and I was getting a reading of "--" for the pressure. I return and explained what happened, and they asked me to leave the car to correct it. I again picked up my car, and was assured it was corrected. They were just programmed incorrectly and now will work. After driving for a bit, sure enough the TPMS signal dropped and reads "--" for the new sensors again. I go back to the service department and explained it's still dropping it. After some brainstorming, its determined that they will rotate the tires to see if it's a transponder issue or a sensor issue, and reprogram them yet again. I come back and take it out, and they still dropped the signal. The signal is still dropping from the new sensors only. At this point they decided to swap them out and try new ones in case they are faulty. Another day wasted as I take it out and the signal drops. This time when i return I'm told by the service manager that I would need to spend another $300+ on a new wireless control module (WCM) because that is bad and it's why the signal is dropping. I'm confused at this point because there was nothing wrong when I took it in, so how could it just go bad at that exact time. So we discuss a few other options, but he's positive that's what the issue is. At this point I've had my car there for 3 days and have wasted enough time and money on valve stem/pressure monitoring. I finally got tired of the TPMS light constantly going on and off so Instead of paying $240 (for 2), I bought a bead breaker from Harbor Freight for $40, a stem puller for $15 and after market sensors for $37 each. It took me an hour to do both tires and the sensors havent dropped once since I installed them. The point here, I'm definitely not a mechanic and I was able to solve the problem on my own. How could certified technicians not be able to fix this? Why wasnt the car taken out and driven after the repairs were done each time to ensure they were fixed? I wouldn't trust them doing any repairs. First, either they were trying to gouge me for another $300, or secondly they are just that bad at diagnosistics/repairs that I was able to simply fix what they couldn't. Either way, you're better off taking your car some where else. More
