BEST vehicle experience in my adult life! Car buying has always been stressful and anxious on me due to my credit and income status. I've been working on it for the past few years, but even st Car buying has always been stressful and anxious on me due to my credit and income status. I've been working on it for the past few years, but even still at a dealership a year before this trip, made me think every car delaership was the same: they were only out to make the sale. I ended up realizing that McKaig was the exact OPPOSITE. I had heard over the years their quick ads on the radio and even turned up the volume on the "fine print quick reads" but something told me to take the chance, I mean what was the worst that was gonna happen? They say no...I was used to that. What I wasn't expecting was to drive away in a BRAND NEW 2020 Traverse, in the payment range that I wanted, with NOTHING down and NO HIGH APR!!. Mind you, I do not have perfect credit. From Summur and Alisa speaking with me via text and setting me an appointment, to Nena and Dennis doing an OUTSTANDING job with making us feel right at home, not pushy, not making promises of anything, and being straight forward with us about their process at McKaig, and finally to Brandon on closing and explaining everything and answering any and all questions we had. I would recommend McKaig to anyone and everyone looking to get into "a nicer, newer vehicle" because that is EXACTLY what they did for me! Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts!- The Tramels More
