I was fine until I got my bill for routine service. I developed sudden drop in core temperature, excessive heart rate and shortness of breath. I was most fortunate that the young lady working in the service dept was able to call EMS for me and stayed on the line until the ambulance and crew arrived. The entire staff at Bill Dickason was very helpful and courteous to me and my wife. They went above and beyond the call of duty. More

I had purchased a maintenance agreement and when checking out, I was informed it was expired. I paid full price for everything and was charged an additional 3% because I used a credit card. This oversight is my fault but it made me sad. I live 40 miles from the dealership and it is not convenient. More
