The service lady my wife worked with on this visit was friendly and helpful. However, the young mechanic left black grease smudges both on the floor and upholstery. This is certainly not the first time b friendly and helpful. However, the young mechanic left black grease smudges both on the floor and upholstery. This is certainly not the first time black greasy smudges have been left by service mechanics from this dealership. Also, when the engine air filter cover was removed for inspection and reinstalled, the windshield washer hose was under the cover and pinched off so we had no windshield washer while on a 200 + mile trip from our home and back. Needless to say we are not happy with that young mechanic! More
