Vary poor business practices Drove up to look at a truck and talked to salesman and asked about price he told me price was set so I left Was contacted by different sales person t Drove up to look at a truck and talked to salesman and asked about price he told me price was set so I left Was contacted by different sales person that said it was negotiatable and I made an offer She talked to manager and contacted me and said my offer was fair and I need to make an appointment to purchase the truck Was contacted several times , six times to be exact and was told the truck was ready for me to check out and purchase. I arrived early and the salesman who would not deal with me had another person test driving the truck I was standing in there showroom for 2 1/2 hours after they said they would except my offer Then they sold the truck to someone else and ruined my entire day along with three other adults that were with me I guess there business plan is to lead as many people along as you can to sell a car and the xxxx with the rest Very very very poor place to do business Freddie was a very nice salesman he deserves to work at a much better dealership More
Stress-Free Buying Experience! There are too many wonderful things to say about the team at Bill Estes Chevrolet. We drove up from Cincinnati to get a new Chevy Equinox. Eric Beeler & the finance team made sure everything was in place before we drove up. They gave us a couple different lease options on the car my wife wanted. We didn't have to wait that long once we got there, given that the dealership was extremely busy. Yessica Olguin went made sure we knew everything about the car before we drove off the lot. The General Manager, Chuck Jones, even came over to introduce himself and make sure everything was going smoothly. We can't thank Bill Estes Chevrolet enough about how smooth the transaction was. We will definitely make the drive to Indianapolis again when we need to purchase a new Chevrolet! More
No support after the sale. I recently purchased a used Corvette from Este's. During the negotiation one of my critea was full service records from Estes service department. The car I purchased appears to have had modifications and knowing what was done would be beneficial. Mr. Bo Chavis told me service was closed on Saturday but he would request service records on the following Monday. Due to the privacy laws this was a big job but Bo went the extra mile. Much appreciated. I also dealt with John Luck he has been wonderful to work with during the sale and has followed up after the sale. John is a true professional. Great experience. More

Lack of Customer Service!! I called on Tuesday, made an appointment to come in on Wednesday. I was given a name a salesman to ask for. Of course he was gone for the day. I ended up being passed off twice to end up with BO Demir. Who essentially showed me how to read the stickers and find the stock number. bring that to him and he could give me a price from there. Not sure if it was my gym clothes or what. Politely walked to my car and left. I will not be returning or recommending any business there. Unfortunate because the company I work for offers discount and specials for buying with Bill Estes. i will make sure to post this on their Intranet site. More
