I completely understand I bought a used vehicle, would have liked to have seen more care taken in the interior detailing. Also, as would anyone, I was hoping for a better price. My first interaction was with Peter and he was great. He is the reason I went back to Bill Estes when I was ready to buy. Unfortunately he was no longer in sales. I ended up working with Mark and he was is the reason I went back to Bill Estes when I was ready to buy. Unfortunately he was no longer in sales. I ended up working with Mark and he was OK. Overall the experience was pretty good except I was surprised at how hard they pushed for me to finance through them. When I went to buy I fully intended to finance through my credit union. I already knew their interest rate (5.99% for 48 months)and approximate payment. The dealership pushed pretty hard to finance through them so I said I would consider it. Their initial quote at what they said was a "really good rate" was $80 per month more than the credit union also financing for 48 months. When I asked the rate he said he didn't ask but it would be around 12%. I declined. Later, when I called in to confirm I would buy the vehicle he told me they could get me 9.99%. I declined. When I went in to close the deal with check in hand they said they could get me 5.99%, which I thought was interesting. Why did they start out at 12%? (Of course we know where that extra $80 per month was going.) Of course I said no. My advice to anyone considering buying a car at this dealership is it's OK to buy there, but do your homework on financing. You can do better than what they offer. More

I DROVE 150 MILES FROM OHIO TO BUY MY TRUCK FROM BILL ESTES CHEVROLET. I KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND WE HAD AGREED ON THE PRICE OVER THE PHONE. I WOULD DO IT AGAIN. WHEN THE PAPERWORK WAS DONE THE TRUCK WAS S ESTES CHEVROLET. I KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND WE HAD AGREED ON THE PRICE OVER THE PHONE. I WOULD DO IT AGAIN. WHEN THE PAPERWORK WAS DONE THE TRUCK WAS SPOTLESS, FILLED WITH GAS AND READY TO GO. THEY WENT OVER ALL THE FEATURES OF THE TRUCK WITH ME AND SET UP THE BLUE TOOTH AND ONSTAR. IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO DO THE PAPERWORK, BUT THEY WERE VERY BUSY. I USUALLY DON'T LIKE DEALING WITH CAR SALESMAN, BUT KENNY G WAS VERY NICE AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. More

I have always owned Chevrolets. In my opinion, they are the only truck worth owning. I usually buy at a southside dealer, but that is history. I was looking for a specific truck package and they both searched tirelessly for what I wanted. I was treated with respect throughout the process. I did not feel pressured or hard sold at anytime. Even in light of the fact it was the last day of the month and rebates were ending. It was a decision that I took very seriously and they respected that. They provided all of the information that I needed and allowed me plenty of time to compare trucks. Ultimately I decided on an awesome, red extended cab that I am very happy with.
