When our old car blew up we were referred to Pascal by a friend who said he was trustworthy and could help us. That he did! The price was rather high but after all was said and done, we stretched our budget to the max and were able to get the vehicle of Pascal's choice (*smile*). Pascal was friendly and anxious to sell us a vehicle. The other sales persons were nice, though understandably distant. The management and finance people (esp. Mike and Andy) were very cordial and set us at ease. Through the long process, we felt comfortable and welcome at the dealership. We love our new car (though we don't necessarily love the payments! LOL) and are glad to tell our friends of our good experience at this dealership. More
