Tony was considerate, helpful, and honest and in no way pushy like some sales reps are. We gave him what we were looking for, the price range we wanted to stay in, and what was negotiable. While the truck we selected, and weas approved for, came back a little higher than we first stated, Tony presented the information to us and stepped back to let us decide. That consideration went a long way. It allowed us to discuss the truck and terms without feeling like someone was hovering over us to make a decision. Additionally, there were a few items with the truck that needed to be addressed and Tony handled those easily and got them taken care of. Overall, the entire experience was great and we would definitely buy from there again. More
