I was looking for a Ford truck to pull a camper. I had seen a truck on the lot and I had been looking at it for about a week before I came into the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted at the door with friendly and cheeful sales employees. Soon I was talking to Kyle about my needs and the vehicle I had chosen to look at. Kyle was a good listener and soon was telling me about the truck I had mentioned to him and assuring me that it would meet my needs. In no time we were out test driving the truck and that experience was very relaxed and no sales pressure. Upon returning to the dealership Kyle and I sat and talked about my needs, the truck and what I thought about it. In no time at all we were finalizing the purchase. I never felt rushed, overwhelmed or pressured by Kyle. I will be back when it is time to purchase my next vehicle. More
I originally came into this dealership because a family member had told me what a wondeful experience they had at this dealership. When I got there, I was immediately greeted by Owen Waxman, who showed me member had told me what a wondeful experience they had at this dealership. When I got there, I was immediately greeted by Owen Waxman, who showed me a 2011 Ford Explorer that I was interested in. I had came from another dealership that same day, and wasn't in the best of spirits. Owen went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and explained that he would do whatever he could. I ended up coming back in a few days later, and purchased a 2011 Ford Escape. I was very excited because the vehicle had everything my husband and I wanted. Owen did his very best to make the experience as easy and quick as possible. The whole atmosphere is much different than any other dealership I've ever been to. The finance manager was also wonderful. He made the whole finance progress as painless as possible. I would highly recommend this dealership. They are by far the best in customer service!! I just bought a Ford F150 supercab 4x4 and absolutely love it. Brian and Brandon were a great team and answered all my questions to the fullest. He is a good fit at this dealership and should go far with his career.This is the 3rd vehicle my wife and i have purchased at bill estes,in 4 years and second Brandon helped us learn. Since I knew exactly which used car make and model I was looking for (a 2012 Hyundai Sonata SE Turbo in Black), I wanted to do most of my negotiating through email. Kyle Lunning earned my business because he was extremely responsive to my emails and even took time to send me a video walk through of the 2012 Sonata I was looking at. He answered all of my questions and responded to numerous emails over the course of a few days. I found everyone at the dealership to be very low key and easy to work with. Since I work in sales myself, I have very high expectations and I felt as though they were met at Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg. More
Jason was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions. Seemed considerate of the amount of time I was sitting there and tried to get things moving as quickly as possible. But for both of them, they need to not throw personal information in the trash can. They both did it. :) I took it out of Jason's and tore it up and I asked Bill and he took it out of the can and put it in the shredding module. I had bought my sons first vehicle at this dealer back in 2003...that's why I came back again. That at I heard the ad on the radio as I was coming home. Almost stopped at the Bill Estes Chevrolet, but didn't. Jason took the time to even share, when asked, about his children. (what adorable little pictures) After I purchased, I took it home, parked in the garage (Friday) and didn't drive it until I got a call from my insurance on Monday, just to be on the safe side. I did notice Monday, that there was damage to the front bumper that I did not see before. It was cold outside and I didn't crawl up under the bumper when I bought it. I talked to Matt that same day and he said to bring it in on Thursday for his paint guy. I like the fact that they're willing to go the extra mile. He had mentioned a car fax, which I did not receive. All in all, everyone was so friendly, like the little receptionist, and anyone I ran into while roaming the show room waiting on the approval. Thank you so much for all of your care. I hope to be back again someday. More
