We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership, usually working with Mike Parham. With this purchase, a new Focus, there was a rebate program that I thought should have been more than offered ($1, usually working with Mike Parham. I hadn't been in a dealership in around 20 years. Sales people were friendly and got me the deal that I wanted. The finance dept. was efficient and even found out some things for me that they didn't reall people were friendly and got me the deal that I wanted. Bill Estes Ford was recommended to me by my co-workers at the High School. I had pretty tight budget and Matt Crick did an outstanding job helping me to stay within it.
