Ooh wee, that was fast! I brought the truck in for some maintenance items, a package re-torque, and a recall and got it back by 2PM! It's always a fun visit with lots of information about a favored topic - my truck. Lubin is always on point as the service rep, too - keeps me updated on what's going on, lets me know about upcoming maintenance, recalls, specials, and Ms'. Debbie and Jennifer were super patient while I applied for the GM card to put today's purchase on it. :) 3rd visit to the dealer for oil changes and other maintenance this year and every single one rates 5 stars alone - consistency should get a 6th star, it feels terrific knowing your ride is being cared for the way you'd want it to, first time and every time. More
