The Service Department employees receive a 5 Star rating. The waiting area with free coffee and 3 Vending Machines? 1 Star. This is the first visit to the Service department but waiting in 1 of 3 waiting are The waiting area with free coffee and 3 Vending Machines? 1 Star. This is the first visit to the Service department but waiting in 1 of 3 waiting areas with no TV service was poor Customer Service. Sure, I could spend $1-$3 dollars for a snack but waiting in silence was pretty monotonous. Subaru offers the same service down the street for the same price and offers fresh fruit, s packs variety of drinks and a huge TV. Even my wife’s Toyota Dealership on the I-12 service road around the corner from Hood Chevrolet offers fresh fruit, snacks variety of teas, coffee /cappuccino machine plus special event days offering a ice cream truck, manicurist day and a Tv! I love my Chevy Silverado but plan to take my Service work to other Auto Service shops. More

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Took 5.5 weeks for a new brake pipe. The brake pipe for my car is apparently no longer manufactured so they had me order it on eBay after confirming Took 5.5 weeks for a new brake pipe. Eventually I got them to order the part instead and finally got it fixed. They also told me I needed new brake pads, went somewhere else right after and I actually don’t. More
