Charged me $200 dollars to drive my truck around the block to give me the diagnostic results. Torque converter shutter. I would think if the service could not be provided due to the shudder. Seems that could have been explained when I stated to them that there was a shudder rather then scheduling appointment, keeping my truck the whole day, me finding rides back and forth, and charging me $200. I also dropped off the paperwork for my extended warranty and have not heard anything back from dealership or my extended warranty after nearly three weeks. Don’t know why I am being sent surveys on the service that is still currently unresolved. More
Bill Chaucer helped me trade in and purchase a Tahoe. I wanted a pretty specific trim level and features. They didn't have it on the lot and Bill found one that fit exactly my list of wants.
