Technician lied to my wife that we needed new air filters, cabin and engine. He told her that one was black and one had been chewed on by mice. There is no way either condition is true. There is no evidence of mice, and the air filters were replaced by this dealership during the pre-owned certification in December '23. This is unacceptable. This Technician clearly took advantage of a female. This is not what I'd expect from Bill Hood. More

After repeated incidents with our current vehicle (not purchased at Bill Hood), we decided to stop the madness and explore a trade in. Kendon Grant was outstanding.
