Bill Carruthers was very attentive and got my new car right into the shop...it was diagnosed and part ordered and it came in within 2 days and he again took charge and moved it right through. The service department is embarrassingly inefficient. I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time and dropped off the vehicle at 7:30 am; however, the vehicle was not even looked at until the following d I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time and dropped off the vehicle at 7:30 am; however, the vehicle was not even looked at until the following day. The following day it was repaired by 11 am indicating to me it was a simple repair. If an appointment time is given, there is no reason a car should sit for an entire day without being evaluated. The people are courteous and friendly but their scheduling/time management system is clearly broken as this is not the first time I have experienced this. More
