I recently had my 2019 GMC Acadia in for A/C repair; and while on a recent road trip the A/C stopped cooling. I took it back in for another look as well as a random touchscreen/radio display mishap and Mar while on a recent road trip the A/C stopped cooling. I took it back in for another look as well as a random touchscreen/radio display mishap and Mark in the service department took great care to make sure this was all dealt with and repaired (replaced the thermostat and the radio/display and controls). All of the repairs were covered under the Certified Warranty. Mark is very good about communicating with me and letting me know the status of my vehicle repairs...I definitely recommend Bill Hood. More
