I’m still having the same problems as I did before y’all replaced the radio/entertainment system. My rear differential is still making noise. The extended warranty would not allow it to be fixed. Arrived at dealership after agreeing on all cost and setting up an appointment time two days in advance and still had to wait for vehicle to get cleaned and ready for pick up. Was shifted to four different staff members in order to complete this transaction which took almost two hours to complete. Once the vehicle was finally ready, cleaning job which took so long was not done very well at all. Windows and mirrors had residue and needed to be cleaned again as soon as we made it back to the office. More
