Ooh wee, that was fast! I brought the truck in for some maintenance items, a package re-torque, and a recall and got it back by 2PM! It's always a fun visit with lots of information about a favored topic - my truck. Lubin is always on point as the service rep, too - keeps me updated on what's going on, lets me know about upcoming maintenance, recalls, specials, and Ms'. Debbie and Jennifer were super patient while I applied for the GM card to put today's purchase on it. :) 3rd visit to the dealer for oil changes and other maintenance this year and every single one rates 5 stars alone - consistency should get a 6th star, it feels terrific knowing your ride is being cared for the way you'd want it to, first time and every time. Bill Hood Chevrolet’s service on my 2017 Silverado 1500 was outstanding. Although it’s an older model truck, the problem that arose with the brakes fell under an extended warranty that GM provided because was outstanding. Although it’s an older model truck, the problem that arose with the brakes fell under an extended warranty that GM provided because it could have resulted in a safety issue. They treated me as if I had brought in a new truck. The shuttle service was a real treat, as the truck is our only vehicle. The work was done in only a matter of hours, and I was able to drive it home that day. Great experience! More
I went in for a simple oil change, transmission fluid exchange and tire rotation. They did not resync the remote tire pressure monitors to the new tire locations. I had to return the car next day to reso exchange and tire rotation. They did not resync the remote tire pressure monitors to the new tire locations.
