I would rate my experience at BMW a 5/5. I was helped and guided throughout the entire experience. I was working with Bill throughout it all and I got very lucky with that. He would keep me updated the entire time while it took 11 months to get the M2 2024. He’s very kind and really connects with the people he works with. He had an abundance of knowledge on the car and recommended the most effective advice that was tailored to my lifestyle specifically. He made me feel proud of the decisions I made on the M2. I would recommend service with Bill to anybody interested in getting a BMW. I’ll for sure be going back when it’s time for my next BMW :) More
