Bill Jacobs BMW and my service advisor Jeff H. again went the extra mile. My X5 was rear ended and in the repair shop for over 5 months. We were able to put the vehicle up on a lift and examine the repair work completed with a maintenance supervisor. This was very helpful and provided confidence that the repairs were done well. I was in the market for a full size Range Rover. My son's friend, Tristan G. who works at Bill Jacobs, kept bringing up the X7 telling me I should at least look at it. Frankly, I wasn't interested.
