My first concern was purchasing a vehicle on the internet from such a long distance (Naperville IL to Muleshoe TX). My second concern was is the vehicle true to the pictures. Well, we took the step because Steve and Paul answered all my questions and concerns. They helped to assure me that the vehicle was as promised, no tricks. I flew to Naperville to test drive and pick up the vehicle. It was better than promised and all the people at Bill Jacobs BMW were courteous and helpful. The 750Li X-drive I purchased was ready when I arrived. It was detailed with a full tank of gas. Paul set up the navigation system to get me home while Anna and I did the paperwork. This people at this dealership are well organized, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. It was a pleasure doing business with them.Thanks guys, Tom Boutell. More

Like many people, I approached the dealership with a mixture of curiosity purchasing a BMW from Bill Earnest at Bill Jacobs BMW in Naperville, IL. Like many people, I approached the dealership with a mixture of curiosity and excitement, but also apprehension - bracing myself for the the stress of the purchasing process. I was so pleased as my dialog with Bill unfolded because he recognized in me from the beginning a deliberate, methodical decision maker - and he said something in our first meeting I sincerely appreciated. He said, "I'm not going to pressure you. It's your money." What a great, simple statement of attitude and respect for the customer. I didn't have any background with BMW. I was attracted to their reputation for quality and I do love to drive. Bill helped me begin to "discover" the world of this excellent automobile. I had great fun driving a range of vehicles - from a full sized 5 - series to a super-quick coupe. I finally landed on a beautiful 328i X drive after resolving my concerns that there is in fact plenty of room in the back seat. I have been having an incredible amount of fun driving the car for just about a week now. As I said to Bill and will restate here, many people dread buying a car due to the stress involved in negotiating. After purchasing 6 cars (Hondas, Toyotas and a Ford SUV) in my lifetime, this is the first car-buying experience I've had that I can say was quite literally stress-free. What a pleasure.
