I had a car on order from another German manufacturer since April of 2021. The build date for my car was August of the same year. Late August I was advised the car would not be manufactured until late since April of 2021. The build date for my car was August of the same year. Late August I was advised the car would not be manufactured until late November. I contacted Bill Jacobs BMW and spoke directly with Russ concerning my problem. We decided on a 2022 M550I, unfortunately there were none on his lot and I did not want to wait for the product to be built in Germany. Russ and his team went to work to secure my a car within the states at another dealer. They found a car, matching my requirements, in transport to another dealer in Ohio. I canceled the order I had with the other German manufacturer. Bill Jacobs BMW secured the car in my behalf and had it shipped to Naperville . The whole process took less than 10 days with Bill Jacobs BMW as opposed to the delays I experienced with their competitor. Very impressive work by Bill Jacobs BMW. thanks More
